My name is Bentley Wesley Smith, commonly known as "Wes." I am originally from Pennsylvania and have a strong passion for drawing cartoons, comics, and animation. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in 2D Animation, with a minor in Sequential Art, from the Savannah College of Art and Design, and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Computer Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. My time at SVA reinforced my goal of becoming a storyboard artist. I completed a storyboard internship for 137 Ewes Productions, engaged in freelance work for a web series, and recently finished a six-month Nickelodeon Artist Program, where I further developed my storyboarding skills on The Loud House.

 

In my free time, I enjoy listening to podcasts, drawing, playing video games, and cooking, especially dishes like salmon with pesto and my grandmother’s famous 7UP Cake.
